Appeal Of Mr Norman Loy (Racing Appeals Tribunal)

On 21 March 2022, the Racing Appeals Tribunal handed down it’s Reasons for Decision in respect to a charge issued against licensed trainer Mr Normal Loy for a breach of AR228(a) – conduct prejudicial to the image of racing.

The Tribunal found Mr Loy guilty of the charge and he was suspended for a period of two months, with such suspension expiring on 27 March 2022.
